Comprehensive Metabolic Panel
Uses various markers in order to assess your overall health. This is one of the most commonly ordered tests by physicians when conducting a physical.
Screens for diabetes and pre-diabetes in adults. It can also be used to monitor the glucose control of patients already diagnosed with diabetes.
Used to assess how much iron is being carried in the blood to detect anemia or an iron overload.
Used to help determine an individual’s risk of heart disease.
The Thyroid-Stimulating-Hormone test is often the test of choice for evaluating thyroid function and/or symptoms of a thyroid disorder, including hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.
Used to screen for Vitamin D deficiency, which can lead to low energy and bone malformation. People who spend the majority of their time indoors or have recently undergone gastric bypass surgery use this test as they are at higher risk for Vitamin D deficiency.
An 8-12 hour fast is recommended prior to your test.
Results are typically ready in 7-10 business days or less.
