So how does the entire process work?

First, you will select a test panel of your choice. Once you've purchased your panel, you will be redirected to your secure dashboard to download your test slip and locate your nearest lab testing facility. You will then visit the lab facility and give them your test slip before getting your blood drawn. When your results are ready, you will be notified via email to log into your dashboard and access the results. Test results can take around 3-4 days to be processed. How do I view my results?

You will be notified via email to log into your secure dashboard to review and/or download your test results.

Can I order tests in my state?

We currently cannot sell labs to residents in NY, NJ, MD, and RI. Prices for residents in MA and CT will slightly vary in cost from our nationally based prices.

Can I pay through my insurance?

We deal directly through the laboratory in order to give you the best prices possible and, as a result, do not accept any form of insurance.

My results came back abnormal. What now?

We strongly encourage you to discuss your results with your healthcare professional. Keep in mind that an abnormal result could be an early warning but does not always indicate a disease or illness.

Does my doctor/PA/NP receive a copy of my lab results?

Your lab results are available to you only. You may print a copy of your lab results to show your healthcare provider if you wish to do so.

Will QuestLabs honor my lab slip? Will they charge me any draw fees?

Quest Lab will accept your lab slip and will not charge you any fees. Any drawing fee costs will have already been included in your lab purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

We allow for a 30-day cancellation policy on all lab orders that HAVE NOT already been completed.
